GENERAL FAQ
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive, the park charges an entry fee per car:
Suffolk County residents: $7
Non-residents: $15
Valid Green Key holders may enter using their Green Key.
Once you are inside, you may leave and re-enter the park throughout the day.
If you are camping, you will register and pay the applicable camping fee when you arrive. You will not be charged an additional parking fee and will still have in-and-out privileges
I'm unsure of my plans, can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes tickets will be available. We suggest bringing cash to avoid additional fees with a card.
Where do I check in?
If you purchased tickets or shirts online, stop at the Jerry Jam check-in area when you arrive to receive your wristbands and shirt order. Children ages 17 and under are free.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available on-site and is located close to the festival area.
Please drive slowly and be mindful of children, pedestrians, and other festivalgoers throughout the park.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome as long as they remain on a leash and are kept out of the crowd.
Will food and drinks be available?
Food trucks will be on-site throughout the weekend.
You are also welcome to bring your own food, coolers, lawn chairs, and water. Please remember that glass containers are not permitted.
Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated! A Water Buffalo filling station will be available on-site.
Are bathrooms available?
Porta-potties and handwashing stations will be available on-site. Additional restroom facilities are located near the playground.
Help us take care of the park
Please respect the grounds, dispose of all trash properly, and leave no trace.
Leave these at home
No glass, explosives, firearms, campfires, or bad attitudes.
